Digital transformation
Installations that bring quotes, work orders, documents and field records into a single system. We install the same system we run in our own operation — not a showcase, but the tool we use daily.
One flow from request to quote
A request arriving from the website or by email becomes a record; planning, approval, costing and quotation move along the same chain. No request gets lost.
Document governance
Technical documents enter a registry and do not reach the knowledge pool until approved; every change leaves an audit record.
QR-based field and installation records
The installation point is scanned with a phone; a record is created with photo, location and timestamp. Where there is no connection it is queued on the device.
Work orders and assignment
Approved work is assigned to the right team; progress, delivered output and quality feedback accumulate on the same record.
Cost and quotation tracking
Bill of materials, cost scenario and customer quote advance linked to one another, so estimate and actual can be compared.
Audit trail
Who approved what and when — every critical change is recorded. This is exactly what public sector and certification processes ask for.
How we proceed
Before buying software, the order of work has to be right. Deployment moves in four steps.
- 01
Process capture
We write down how the work runs today, as it is: which step sits with whom, where it waits, where information is lost.
- 02
Prioritisation
We do not digitise everything at once. We start with the single flow that wastes the most time.
- 03
Deployment and go-live
The system is installed on your own server; your data does not leave the organisation. Team training is part of the deployment.
- 04
Measure and extend
The gain is measured, then the next flow is added. Modules nobody uses do not get installed.
Let us talk through your processes
Half a day of discussion is usually enough to show where to start.
