Your personal data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and on the legitimate interest of the data controller, under Article 5 of the KVKK. (To be reviewed against your own processes.)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result reached solely through automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
